We made it to Homasassa Springs State Park where we spent the afternoon exploring the parking, seeing a demo on snakes and watching Manatee eat. After dinner at Pizza Hut (where the staff said our kids were the kindest and most polite of all the groups in a long while). We went on a short hike in the forest, dropped our stuff in our rooms, had a debrief and swim test AND finally bed!
